What to expect

Free Initial Consultation:

  • We’ll discuss your health history, current fitness level, and any specific goals you have.

  • We’ll also cover scheduling, session length, exercise location, and any other logistics.

  • Based on your health history, you may need clearance from your doctor before we start.

Starting Your Journey:

  • I will teach you how to exercise safely and effectively. Working together helps prevent injuries.

  • I will help keep you accountable. Together, we’ll establish healthy exercise habits.

  • I'll work with you to create a personalized program that takes into account your unique needs, goals, and limitations.

Each Session:

  • We’ll begin with a warm-up to prepare your body for exercise.

  • I will guide you through a variety of exercises using different types of equipment. I can bring my equipment to you, or teach you how to better use your own.

    Focus will be on:

    • Proper form

    • Breathing techniques

  • We will finish with stretches to aid in recovery.

Ongoing Education

  • I will explain the reasons behind each exercise, cue, stretch… helping you to appreciate and understand the entire process more deeply.

By the end of your sessions, you will not only have improved your physical fitness but also gained valuable knowledge on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle safely and effectively.

Goal: Help you make healthy lifestyle changes by learning and discovering what motivates you. We'll work together to discover what nourishes your body, mind, and spirit, tailoring our approach to fit your unique needs and goals.

How It Works:

  1. Learn Why: Understand the science behind exercise and healthy eating.

  2. Practical Tips: Discover ways to include affordable, healthy foods in your diet.

  3. Confidence: Learn to shop smart, read food labels, avoid additives, and save money.

  4. Action Plan: Brainstorm how to fit these new habits into your daily routine.

Chair Cardio!

Chair Cardio!

Chair Cardio is the perfect workout for those with balance issues or injuries that make standing long difficult. Get ready to transform your chair into a fitness station!

We'll work every major muscle group and get that heart pumping, all while seated. It's like magic, but better – because it's exercise!

Once 10 people show interest, the course will be available online, with sessions held twice weekly, each lasting one hour.
