About me:

As a coastal Oregon resident, I'm lucky enough to call the stunning Pacific Northwest my home. When I'm not busy exploring the great outdoors with my husband, two step-daughters, and our two furry companions, you can find me working as an exercise physiologist. With a varied career path that's taken me on exciting adventures to new places and introduced me to amazing people, I've finally found my true calling. I've always been passionate about exercise and healthy living, and now I get to share that enthusiasm with others.

As an exercise physiologist, I've learned that fitness is not just about achieving a certain body type or reaching a specific goal. It's about embracing a lifestyle that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit.

As someone who has worked with older clients in cardiac and pulmonary rehab, I've seen the incredible benefits of exercise. Not only can it improve your physical health, but it can also boost your mood, increase your energy levels, and give you a sense of purpose and direction.

The best part? Anyone can start an exercise routine at any age or ability level. Whether you're looking to improve your cardiovascular health, strengthen your muscles, or increase your functional capacity, I'll be with you every step of the way.

I've witnessed firsthand the struggles people face in creating lasting habits. Many individuals struggle to find the motivation to start or maintain an exercise routine, despite their deep desire to feel good and be active. Completing a health coach certification empowered me to help individuals take control of their health journeys.

Health coaching sessions will focus on identifying your intrinsic drivers and creating sustainable habits that bring you joy and fulfillment. My goal is to help you find what works best for you.
